Refund Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
A brief description of the problem
Photos of the item and packaging
Your order number
Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost.
Made‑to‑Order Items
Some products are created on demand and may ship separately from other items in your order. Made‑to‑order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After order processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or appears lost, we will assist in filing an inquiry with the shipping vendor. Once an order is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
